Good Bye Post

🎊🌸🎉🩰 Hi everyone! Now that the semester is finally over, I wanted to leave a small goodbye here and reflect a little on this course and this blog.

At the beginning, this blog was just a place to complete tasks and organize my thoughts, but over time it became something more personal. Throughout the term, we worked on topics like flipped classrooms, AI in ELT, AR/VR, and different classroom activities. One of the strengths of the course was that it focused on real classroom practices by integrating AI into English language classes. Sometimes, though, the workload felt a bit overwhelming in, especially when several tasks were due at the same time while surviving with the curriculum of third year which has a significant workload. I found writing blog posts and sharing reflections beneficial. Learning how to use new technologies and AI was interesting,  but also challenging because it took time to understand how they actually fit into teaching. My favourite task was designing AR/VR Integration as it allows real like environment and helped me imagine myself as futuristic teacher. My least favourite tasks was AI enhanced CBLP task that felt more technical. For students who will take this course next year, I would say, don’t stress too much about being perfect. Try things out, make mistakes, and focus on what you are learning from the process. Overall, this course helped me gain confidence and see how AI can support teaching in practical ways. It has definitely contributed to my professional development as a future English teacher.
